Bobek's hole

The trail is located in an exceptionally picturesque spot and is suitable for anyone with basic fitness. Not too long or too demanding, so you can easily walk it and enjoy nature along the way.

On your way you will find fourteen practice points, where you can pause and try out the suggested exercises – do the ones that suit you, and simply skip the others. You're bound to find one you like!

One of the points of interest along the way is »Bobek's hole« – hollow under the stone shelf, named after the Pole Boris (nicknamed Bobek), who lived there for a few years until 1962. He had made himself a bed and an iron stove in the cave, which he used to keep warm during the colder months.

The start of the trail is at the car park by Casino Mond, where you can leave your car. The path continues on foot beyond Mondo, along Sadjarska pot, up to the hill where the markers for the Bobek fitness trail are.

At the top of the path, a wonderful view of Pohorje and the village of Plač awaits you – a sight that will surely brighten your day.
